I placed an order and understood it was during unprecedented times. However it was a very sentimental gift for my son who was graduating college. They charged for shipping more than most and my item never arrived. I emailed them twice as well as UPS. And 10 after shipping haven't heard back. And still nothing arrived. Graduation date came and went.
I ordered 3 face masks on 4/23. It's been 2 months now and I still haven't received them. I emailed customer service a couple weeks ago and received a generic response that they can't give me an updated estimated delivery date and will send an email when they ship. I have since ordered masks from Etsy and they arrived within a week. This is unacceptable. I will never order anything from Zazzle again.

I was extremely pleased with the timely manner of processing and delivering. Wonderful quality of paper. No surprises! Everything was printed exactly as I had created. Very happy with my purchase! Would definitely recommend!
This is my second personalized Father’s Day card from Zazzle! The cards are perfect and arrive so quickly! Will continue buying from Zazzle!
I ordered custom design coaster with or logo on them The artwork I supplied with accurate and centered up. The coasters they gave me the artwork is crooked and off centered. I tried reaching out to them and No One responded to me. I will fight the charge on my credit card now.
UPDATED & REVIEW CHANGED TO 5 STAR BASED ON THEIR RESPONSE TO ASSIST MY CLAIM: I discovered a vendor called ARTUBBLE (owned by Liz Krawczyk from Toronto, Ontario) selling on Zazzle who was offering the option to have various items printed with a photo that I own. Unfortunately, the vendor is using this picture without my permission and I did not license it to her. I contacted Zazzle explaining the situation and they promptly pulled the picture. In addition, they have provided contact information for the vendor who stole my photo and I can now pursue a claim against her. Zazzle takes Intellectual Property Rights seriously and handled it as well as I could have wished.
Zazzle did exactly what was expected. Printing was great and shipped on time. As far as the art, I was greatly disappointed. I won't purchase again. After sending the order, the receipt came back with the artist enhanced the images and may not look like it apon arrival. It is listed as glitter/ holographic and it was neither. It was a print of those images and came across very cheap. I should know by now, you get what you pay for. I would definitely order from Zazzle again, but be a lot more cautious on the images.
Used Zazzle for my "Save The Date " wedding cards. They turned out beautiful and they arrived quicker than expected! Very happy with my experience!

Product was received timely however this was a re-do from last year (since the event was re-scheduled due to COVID) and last year's invitation had much better/brighter color on the finished product. Same design, same paper stock, just changing a few words and dates... Not enough time to send it back and get them re-printed but last year's was much nicer.
Ok invitations- even with the cost of upgraded paper and finishing they were still just ok. I paid to expedite the print process and shipping- it still took 3 days.
I was just a little disappointed that I paid that much for 25 invites and they weren’t wow.
It’s very difficult to determine the type of paper, thickness and sheen on the website. The fonts and spacing on the invite layout were also challenging being you can’t truly center the names and it didn’t have typical invite information areas for the venue name and address- I’m guessing with the belief that you’ll purchase the 5 add on components for RSVP, meal choice, ceremony card, reception card.... emailed discounts that don’t apply on all items or even towards upgrades was also a bit odd. I’ll use local print house to support small business for things like this going forward- if you are paying over $150 for 25 invites I expect higher quality and not thin service through envelopes. :(
I ordered a sparkle face mask. It took weeks to be delivered and was no more than a multicoloured face mask. Not a sparkle in sight. So disappointed
The card design was mostly excellent! Navigating the custom fields was a little less than intuitive, thus four stars. The other thing is it would be nice to be able to have an option to pick a specific delivery day. That said, the price, design options and features and quality are quite excellent!
